BSL Crewing Departing sects and engages crew from a comprehensive database or through it's associate in Manila. The system provides for comprehensive checking to ensure compliance with both flag and STCW requirements. Wherever practical, we prefer our crew to return to the vessel or a sister ship.

All our crew are screened for medical validity, certification compliance and ability in the written and spoken English language.
